Mr. Manuel was elected to serve as a Board member in October of 2011. Mr. Manuel and his family are from Metter, where he operated the Metter office of the Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance Company for over thirty (30) years, and then in 2017 was named the Agency Manager for the Statesboro office of the Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance Company. He serves his clients by offering multi-line property and casualty insurance products as well as financial services through INVEST Financial Corporation. He has earned several industry designations. Mr. Manuel has served on many local boards and committees and has been a Rotarian for over thirty (30) years having served as President in 1990/91. He and his family are active members of the Metter Primitive Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon.
